Khalifeh to LBCI: State lost control over health sector

Former Health Minister Mohammad Jawad Khalifeh said on Wednesday that the state lost control over the health sector because the lack of funding.

Khalifeh’s comments were made during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show whereby he noted that he did not support the subsidies on medicines.

He concluded by stressing that all political powers must unite in order to solve the current crisis.
