President Aoun: Sara Minkara is source of pride for all Lebanese

President Michel Aoun and the First Lady congratulated on Tuesday the young Lebanese woman Sara Minkara, on her appointment by US President Joe Biden as a special advisor to the United States on the international rights of persons with special needs.

They also confirmed that this appointment is indeed a source of pride for all Lebanese people.
