Makhzoumi: Elections will be uprising of the Lebanese against the ruling class

Member of Parliament Fouad Makhzoumi said on Tuesday that “the current government is under the control of Hezbollah,” regretting “the rift with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states, which are home to more than 400,000 Lebanese who contribute to the economy through the money they send to their families back home.”

He stressed that "the parliamentary elections will be an uprising for the Lebanese against the political class responsible for corruption as well as the financial and economic collapse."

He pointed out that “the health of the citizen is a red line, and it is necessary to find a solution to the medicines file and to encourage the local pharmaceutical industry."
