LAF confiscate 450 kg of explosives, arrest 5 Syrian nationals

Army Orientation Directorate issued a statement on Saturday declaring that based on intelligence information, an army unit raided the residence of 5 Syrian nationals in Nabatiyeh.

450 kg of explosives and 3 chargers were confiscated during the raid. The Syrian nationals were arrested and investigations were launched.

Separately, the Lebanese Army received via Beirut Port 44 containers of military ammunition offered by the US.
