Head of National Council for Lebanese Economists Osseiran explains latest economic developments

Head of the National Council for Lebanese Economists Salah Osseiran stressed on Saturday during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show on LBCI that “what happened to Lebanese people has never happened before in the history of the world.”

He explained that by raising USD exchange rate, and in the absence of an economic plan, “we will have negative repercussions on the inflation level,” pointing out that “it may happen as early as next week.”
