Salim al-Sayegh to LBCI: The source of our strength is our freedom

Deputy head of Kataeb party and candidate for Keserwan- al-Foutouh and Jbeil Salim al-Sayegh stressed on Monday during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show on LBCI that “the conspiracy theory always exists and part of the mafia controls the country,” noting that “when they talk about a full system that holds the country, they realize that it organized the monopoly and is part of it.”

 

He also pointed out that “they started demanding food security prior to Ukraine war, but the Russian-Ukrainian conflict has turned it into a global crisis, not just a local one,” indicating that “they support the revitalization of agriculture and the establishment of a real policy to rationalize consumption and distribute losses.”

 

Al-Sayegh then mentioned that “the source of their strength is their freedom, and to enter the House of Representatives liberated,” adding that they will form a critical bloc and an important national alliance that will allow them to be more strengthened.

 

“We are in the process of forming a list for the district of Keserwan- al-Foutouh and Jbeil, and the final formation of the lists was set on April 5, so we still have time,” al-Sayegh underlined.
