Haroun to LBCI: Cash must be secured for hospitals-[VIDEO]

Head of the private hospitals owners Syndicate Sleiman Haroun said on Monday that he had previously warned that people would not die at the doors of hospitals but rather in their homes, because hospitals are unable to provide medicines and medical supplies.

In an interview with LBCI's "Nharkom Said" TV show, Haroun stressed that hospitals are unable to purchase their needs, stressing that the solution lies in banks providing liquidity to hospitals.

He stressed that citizens are suffering and paying the price, pointing out that the hospital has no ability to provide the necessary treatments for the patient at all times.

Haroun concluded by calling for securing cash for hospitals.
