Bou Habib receives US Congress delegation

Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdallah Bou Habib received on Monday a delegation from the US Congress headed by Representative Mark Takano and Representatives Colin Allred and Katie Porter, accompanied by US Ambassador Dorothy Shea.

The delegation highlighted the importance of electing a president, forming a new government, adopting the requirements of the International Monetary Fund, and implementing reforms.

The delegation also stressed that the USA cares for Lebanon, whatever the circumstances.
