Abiad meets ambassadors of Bulgaria and Pakistan

The caretaker Health Minister Firas Abiad met with the Bulgarian Ambassador to Lebanon, Iassen Tomov.

They discussed the healthcare sector and ways of cooperation between the two countries, Bulgaria and Lebanon, to support the Ministry of Public Health efforts, especially in the emergency plan.

Abiad also met with the Ambassador of Pakistan to Lebanon, whereby they discussed the Lebanese healthcare situation and ways of Pakistani support for the Ministry of Public Health.

Moreover, Abiad toured the operations room for health emergencies, explaining the ongoing efforts and the working mechanisms to both ambassadors.
