Defiance and determination: Sheikh Nabil Kaouk on Lebanon's security

Sheikh Nabil Kaouk, a Hezbollah's Central Council member, affirmed that a strong Lebanon does not seek its security from anyone and does not succumb to threats from anyone.

Kaouk emphasized during an honoring ceremony for Hezbollah that "Lebanon is not the one seeking international mediation and guarantees, but rather the Israeli enemy is the one seeking assurances from the world's countries to return settlers to the north."

He said: "The Israeli enemy threatens Lebanon every day, but the resistance does not fear its threats. It is a defeated enemy groaning from severe and bloody wounds."

In addition, Kaouk noted that "the resistance is prepared for all possibilities beyond all calculations and that the south will only be a field for their defeats."
