Private hospitals: We cannot afford any additional wage increase

The Syndicate of Private Hospitals in Lebanon voiced on Tuesday their commitment and support for a fair wage adjustment that would improve the situation for workers and wage-earners in the hospital sector.

The syndicate also added that “We cannot afford additional costs whether in terms of wages or anything else.”

Private hospitals appealed to their employees and workers to understand the difficulties facing their institutions, urging them to participate in any potential movement aiming at regaining their rights and those of the patients.
