Lebanon health minister reports 8 dead, 2,800 injured in pager explosions

Lebanon's health minister said eight people were killed, including a child, and about 2,800 were injured, with 200 in critical condition, following pager explosions.

He added that approximately 100 hospitals are involved in treating the injured and that most injuries are to the face, hands, or abdomen.
