UN chief: Lebanon on the 'brink' as violence rages

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned world leaders gathering in New York that Lebanon was on the "brink," a day after 558 people were killed by Israeli strikes there.

"We should all be alarmed by the escalation. Lebanon is at the brink," Guterres said at the opening of the UN's signature annual event.
