General Secretariat of March 14 warns against Hezbollah's practices

The General Secretariat of March14 wished "all the luck for Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam in forming a government of ‘national interest’," calling on all the Lebanese parties to cooperate and not serve sectarian interests at the expense of national interest.

In this regard, the General Secretariat warned in a statement Wednesday against practices undertaken by Hezbollah “that is fighting in Syria against the Syrian people to serve Iran’s interest”, calling Hezbollah to steer clear of Syria's havoc.

On another note, the Secretariat called on President Michel Sleiman to take all needed measures to put an end to the practices of Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdel Karim Ali.

On the international level, the Secretariat condemned the escalating violence and attacks targeting the Egypt's Copts and their Churches, urging all the relevant parties to uphold "coexistence and diversity in Egypt".
