Houri speaking out against Aoun: Siniora is a national icon

Future bloc MP Ammar Houry ruled out the accusations made by the Head for the Change and Reform bloc MP Michel Aoun against the Head of the Future bloc MP Fouad Siniora.

“The accusations should be attributed to Aoun, since Siniora is a national icon”, Houry told Voice of Lebanon radio station.

Commenting on authorizing the cabinet to spend 8,900 billion LBP according to the 2005 budget, Houri told Voice of Lebanon that “this issue is not included in the legislative session agenda.”

Speaking on the frequent abductions occurring on the Lebanese scene, Houri stressed that his political party has never remained tightlipped over the issue of the abduction of Syrians on Lebanese territories, adding: “We will voice the truth during the parliament session today; if the truth annoys others, the debate will be heated, and if they can make their peace with it, then the session will run smoothly. “
