Berri condemns Israeli strikes that killed volunteers, soldiers, and journalists

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri condemned Israel’s ongoing strikes on Lebanon, which killed volunteers, soldiers, and journalists, including Ali Cheaib, Fatima Ftouni, and Mohamad Ftouni.

He called the attacks “premeditated war crimes” and urged the international community to act to stop the violence. Berri also appealed to Lebanese citizens to maintain unity.

“Mercy to the martyrs, and patience to their families. May God protect Lebanon,” he added.
