Syrian national robs Lebanese taxi driver, leaves ID in the car

The state-run National News Agency reported on Thursday that a Lebanese taxi driver, identified as Mohammed Sami Qabbani, filed a complaint with police in Jbeil against two Syrian nationals, who robbed him after having asked him to drive them to the area of al-Barbara near Jbeil.

It is worth noting that one of them threatened Qabbani with a knife and stole his iPhone in addition to 250,000 LBP.

The robbers also took the driver's ID, other personal documents and the keys of his Mercedes but one of them left his ID in Qabbani's car. He was identified as Mohammed Teb al-Rouh.
