Abou Faour establishes Social Affairs Ministry hotline

Social Affairs Minister Wael Abou Faour announced the launching of the ministry’s new hotline, voicing hope that every citizen suffering from social troubles will refer to this hotline to file his complaint.

“I hope that this new hotline will bridge the gap between the ministry and the Lebanese who will be able to communicate their needs and demands”, Abou Faour said. Abou Faour promised to give these social problems the attention they deserve.

“The ministry has established a bureau in charge of receiving people’s complaints, their suggestions and remarks, especially those of people with special needs, through this hotline that will be active from morning hours until 10 p.m.”, Abou Faour said.
