[VIDEO] Watch The 86-Year-Old Super Granny And Oldest Gymnast!

A German gymnast has proved that age is not a barrier to achieving high levels in sports, after being named the world's Oldest Gymnast at the age of 86 in 2012.

Johanna Quaas appeared on This Morning, a British daytime TV show, and amazed the audience with her display of strength and agility on the parallel bars, as she performed a flawless routine live on the TV show.
