Experts Claim Lack of Housework Is Making Women Fat

Researchers claim that women are getting fatter because they are doing less housework.

A comparison of British lives today with those of 30 years ago unveiled that women are spending more time at work and devoting less time to housework.

Today’s more relaxed way of life has led to the obesity epidemic.

Women nowadays choose to save efforts, ignoring that replacing vigorous housework with sedentary office work will definitely contribute to bigger waistlines.

For instance, mopping floors burns 200 calories while sitting in front of a computer uses as few as 70 calories.

This as studies also reported that people today eat around 20% fewer calories than they did 30 years ago, but they are spending less time on physical activities.
