Typing emoji has become essential in every conversation or chat, but it requires users to switch keyboards on mobile or enter a key combination to launch the emoji keyboard on PCs and Macs.
However, this is about to become a whole lot easier.
An American company has created a physical version of the digital keyboard and says it will make sending the little smilies up to 10 times faster.
This Bluetooth keyboard, by EmojiWorks, can work with Mac OS X, iOS and Windows on tablets, laptops and desktops.
The keyboard has all the traditional letter, number and function keys, but adds a dedicated emoji toggle and dozens of emoji so you can quickly and easily type the ideograms into your conversations, documents and emails.
According to linguistics experts, the little colorful symbols are now the fastest growing language in the UK, and many find it easier to communicate using these icons than text.
The word emoji was also added to the Oxford English Dictionary in 2013, with the word coming from the Japanese words meaning picture and character.
