Juppe warns against military strike on Iran

The French Minister of Foreign Affairs Alain Juppe warned that taking the military option to face Iran’s nuclear program would have dire consequences and will lead to an uncontrollable vicious circle of violence.

“The EU will intensify its sanctions against Tehran, especially by calling on the European Investment Bank to halt its investments in Iran”, Juppe said at the end of his meeting with his European counterparts in Brussels.
