Hezbollah, Syrian army control Sadr al-Boustan hill in Qalamoun
Al-Manar TV reported on Saturday that the Syrian army and Hezbollah fighters have fully controlled the southern hill of Sadr al-Boustan in Syria’s Qalamoun, adding that gunmen are suffering dozens of casualties.

Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said Saturday that “the situation requires huge sacrifices, especially that the Saudi, Qatari and Turkish sides are jointly engaged in the [Syrian] battle, which is a battle for existence”.

“It is high time for mobilization,” Nasrallah said, noting that “a general mobilization could take place in the next phase”.

On May 16, Hezbollah SG Nasrallah said the armed groups were defeated and forced to withdraw from all the conflict regions, adding that large areas of Lebanese and Syrian territories were regained.

Tackling the battles taking place in the Qalamoun border region, he said that they remain at the heart of the battle, noting that the Qalamoun region was a field for military bases, training camps and plants for making car bombs.

He revealed that only 13 Hezbollah fighters were killed in the Qalamoun battles, and 7 from the Syrian army.
