REPORT: Islamic State burns four Shiite fighters alive
According to a video posted online, the Islamic State strung up four Shiite Iraqi fighters with chains and burned them alive.
 
Identified as fighters in the pro-government Popular Mobilization forces from southern Iraq, the victims were suspended from a swingset by chains attached to their hands and feet, then set on fire.
