Moscow declared that it has dispatched S-4-00 missile system in Syria for air defense.
In this context, a senior US official said that dispatching this defense system in the Khmeimim Air Base would endanger the presence of US soldiers.
In the reactions, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said that the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has no future in Syria, noting that the military option remains on the table of discussion.
For his part, British Prime Minister David Cameron told lawmakers on Thursday that it was time to join air strikes against Islamic State militants in Syria, saying the country cannot “be content with out-sourcing our security to our allies.”
