Zelenskiy urges G7 nations to end war in Ukraine before end of year
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged the leaders of the Group of Seven nations on Monday to "make every effort" to end the war in his country before the end of the year, sources within the group's summit at Elmau Castle in Germany said.
     
The sources pointed out that "Zelenskiy, who spoke by video during the second day of the G7 summit, had a very strong message saying that we must do everything we can to try to end this war before the end of the year."

This as leaders of the seven countries called for "tightening the sanctions" on Moscow.
