Iran accuses US of lacking “political initiative” in nuclear talks

Iran accused on Monday the United States of lacking “a political initiative” in the nuclear negotiations, at a time where the indirect talks between Tehran and Washington in Doha seem to have reached a stalemate.

This as US Special Envoy to Iran Robert Malley and Iranian negotiator Ali Bakri has started last Tuesday indirect talks in the Qatari capital Doha mediated by the European Union in order to resume nuclear negotiations in Vienna.
