United Nations Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine says war crimes committed in Kyiv
The United Nations Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine confirmed on Friday that "war crimes" have been committed in the country since the Russian invasion in late February.

"Based on evidence collected by the commission, it was concluded that war crimes have been committed in Ukraine," the commission's chair Eric Mose said in his first oral report, citing Russian bombings of civilian areas, numerous executions, torture, ill-treatment and sexual violence.
