Gaza Now "The Most Dangerous Place in the World for Children": UNICEF

The executive director of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) declared on Wednesday that Gaza has become "the most dangerous place in the world for children."

Catherine Russell, the executive director of UNICEF, stated that more than 5,300 children have been killed in Gaza since the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7th.

This constitutes 40% of the total casualties. She added, "This is unprecedented."
