[VIDEO] Hilarious! Cat Teases Other Cat With Fishing Rod

A seemingly bored cat decided to have some fun by teasing another cat with a fishing rod that he controlled with his paws.

The below video depicts a cat overlooking another and manipulating him with a fishing rod. The latter, lying on a sofa, tries to catch it but in vain.
