REPORT: Syrian opposition accuses regime of bombing the Euphrates Dam

The Euphrates Dam on the Euphrates River in north-central Syria was completed in 1973.             
Since then, the dam was considered as “a blessing for the Syrian people”, for it has in it more than 11 billion cubic meters of water.                      

In the past days, the Syrian opposition said “the aforementioned dam will become a curse on the Syrian people”; accusing the regime of bombing it from the air with explosive barrels.          
This report will shed light on the Euphrates Dam in north-central Syria, as well as the alleged accusations against the regime of bombing it.
