REPORT: Druze community mourns May Jumblatt on the day of her funeral

The funeral of MP Walid Jumblatt's mother, May Arslan Jumblatt, was held today (Wednesday) in Moukhtara, in the Chouf District of the Mount Lebanon's Governorate, in the presence of caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, MP Talal Arslan, and a crowd of political and religious figures.

Prayers were recited in the presence of Sheikh Naim Hassan, the Druze Spiritual Leader.
MP Jumblatt’s mother, passed away on Monday the 9th of September at the age of 85.
