REPORT: France's Fabius says UN inspectors' report to confirm Syria's chemical attack

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius played down the UN inspectors' report on the 5th of September, saying it was likely to be "disappointing".

On September 12, Fabius said the inspectors' report will confirm that a chemical weapons attack had been carried out in Syria, saying the report may include signs accusing the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad of being behind the August 21 attack.

This report will examine the stance of French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius in light of the long simmering Syrian crisis.
