REPORT: Will presidential prerogatives be granted to caretaker cabinet?

Two articles from the Lebanese constitution sum up the conflict that Lebanon may witness on the 25th of May 2014 when the mandate of Lebanese President Michel Sleiman reaches its end.

The main concern has lately become whether it is possible to grant the prerogatives of the president to the caretaker cabinet.
