REPORT: Kerry offers Russian counterpart two potatoes prior to Paris talks

The US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov kicked off discussions in Paris regarding the Syrian file and other pending international issues. But prior to the talks, Kerry offered Lavrov two large Idaho potatoes as a gift.
