REPORT: Social media activists launch campaign in solidarity with Jackie Chamoun

Lebanese Alpine Skier Jackie Chamoun is currently in Russia’s Sochi focusing on achieving a remarkable result at the Olympic Games, while in Lebanon, the case of her topless photos is still triggering reactions and debates.

While the people’s opinions were divided between those who defended her and others who criticized, a new campaign was launched on social media platforms to express solidarity with the Lebanese athlete through the hashtag #stripforjackie.
