REPORT: Video depicts ISF member attacking a Lebanese citizen

In November 2013, LBCI showed a detainee being severely attacked by a member of the Internal Security Forces at the Habtoor roundabout in Sin El Fil.

At the time, the ISF member was sanctioned by his administration.

Three days ago, a similar incident took place in the aforementioned location when a member of the ISF Information Bureau brutally assaulted a wanted man.
