REPORT: Jumblatt says means of negotiations adopted unacceptable
Head of the National Struggle Front MP Walid Jumblatt warned against any attack against a Syrian refugee, hoping that the efforts deployed to release the abducted soldiers will be fruitful.

During his tour to western Bekaa, Jumblatt stressed from the town of Rashaya that there are efforts to ease the internal tension in order to fight against terrorism.

Earlier in the day, MP Walid Jumblatt called on the Lebanese people to be patient and courageous in dealing with the case of the abducted soldiers, noting that “such a negotiation to release the hostages is not acceptable.”

In a speech he delivered from Ain Ata, Jumblatt urged to authorities to hold fair trial for the Islamist inmates at Roumieh prison.

“Some Syrians and Lebanese nationals are involved in terrorism, and we must distinguish between the terrorists and the refugees,” he stated.
