REPORT: Arsal negotiations hit stumbling block- security sources

Security sources told LBCI on Tuesday that the negotiations to release the abducted Lebanese troops in the border town of Arsal hit stumbling blocks.

The sane sources added that the Qatari delegation did not visit Arsal since last week.
