REPORT: Is Islamic State about to withdraw from Aleppo?

The Islamic State militant group has been withdrawing from regions it holds, namely in Aleppo countryside, according to reports.

Witnesses also reported that the group has dismantled many of its bases and interests and started to withdraw towards the Syrian cities of Raqqa and Deir al-Zor.
