REPORT: Four persons linked to radical Salafist Sheikh Hoblos surrender
Four suspects linked to Salafist Sheikh Khaled Hoblos turned themselves in to the police on Wednesday in northern Lebanon.

The men, all from the Akkoush family, handed themselves over to the Internal Security Forces’ Information Branch in the northern town of Minyeh.

The four had been charged with involvement in clashes with the Lebanese army in the northern city of Tripoli and other parts of north Lebanon last October.

They allegedly admitted to cooperating with Hoblos, who was apprehended in Tripoli last week.
