REPORT: State Prosecutor Judge says Dr. Maalouf confessed to having misdiagnosed Ella Tannous’ case
State Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud told LBCI on Saturday that “Dr. Issam Maalouf confessed, during investigation, to have misdiagnosed the case of Ella Tannous,” a baby patient whose limbs later had to be amputated.                     
 
“Accordingly, Maalouf was arrested and then referred to Beirut Investigative Judge Georges Rizk,” Hammoud added.
