Nepotism: One of many aspects of corruption in Lebanon
Nepotism is usually known as the practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs.
 
This as all Lebanese leaders, with no exception, are guilty of making the number of civil servants reach 325 thousand employees in Lebanon, noting that all studies say that the country does not need more than 150 thousand employees.
