Lebanon may head to total blackout

Lebanon may soon plunge into a total blackout because of the depletion of fuel oil and gas oil, adding to that the Constitutional Council's decision that suspended the implementation of the law which gave Électricité du Liban (EDL) an advance payment of 200 million dollars upon an appeal filed by the Lebanese Forces representatives.
