CNN citing US State Department official: Israel and Lebanon add officials to their delegations

Israel and Lebanon have added senior officials to their delegations for the upcoming round of talks, CNN reported, citing a U.S. State Department official.

The official said former Lebanese ambassador and special envoy Simon Karam will head Lebanon’s delegation.

The Israeli delegation will include Israel’s ambassador to Washington and the deputy national security adviser, according to the official.
