The Association of Banks said on Tuesday that "there is a paradigm shift in dealings with Mikati's "Together For The Rescue" Cabinet," adding that "Mikati’s Cabinet knows very well that there will be no revival if the banks bear all losses, as happened with the plan drawn up by Hassan Diab’s government that ended up with suspending negotiations with the International Monetary Fund.
