REPORT: Effect of Egyptian situation on citizens in Lebanon

Years ago, they left Egypt and came to Lebanon seemingly since they considered that Husni Mobarak’s regime is pushing youths towards emigration.              Revolution erupted and Egyptians were able to topple the regime, but they are still abroad.                        

Today, Egyptians are still following developments in their country and hoping to get back some day to Cairo, Shubra, Tanta, and Alexandria.                  

On the other hand, division between Egyptians and demonstrations lead to hopelessness.                 

Whether they are with the regime of the Muslim Brotherhood or against it, the result would still be the same; they are foreign workers waiting for the situation to become peaceful in their country.
