REPORT: Wadi-el-Hjeir becomes Lebanon’s latest nature reserve

An ancient oak forest located in Wadi-el-Hjeir south of Lebanon has become the latest addition to Lebanon's nature reserves.

This report will examine the obstacles faced by the Union of Municipalities of Jabal Amel to turn the valley into a national reserve.
