Top Saudi sources said that all members of the “Muslim Brotherhood” group, which was listed as terrorist organization according to a statement issued by the Saudi Interior Minister, will be banned from entering the Kingdom’s lands as of today (Sunday March 9th).
In this regard, al-Hayat Daily reported that the Saudi judicial apparatuses will pursue “all those involved with such organizations, including the Brotherhood, which was proved to have held meetings and set up plans to destabilize the Kingdom.”
Commenting on the measures taken by the Saudi security apparatuses to monitor social media accounts of those who support the black-listed groups, the sources stressed that the system is clear in this regard and will include all private and public accounts, as well as the fake accounts that aim at sending offensive messages.
Sources close to former Prime Minister Saad Hariri said that some parties are seeking to hold Hariri responsible for the failure to reach agreements over the cabinet’s policy statement, by saying that he will present a solution for the “resistance” dilemma that has been hindering the discussions.
In a statement to al-Hayat Newspaper, the sources said that solutions and proposals are still being discussed within the ministerial committee, pointing out that “Hariri is known for his determination to find a solution for the issue, but that does not mean that the other parties will cooperate.”
