U.S. amends Syria sanctions rules over NGO activities -Treasury website

The United States has amended the rules regarding its Syria-related sanctions "to expand an existing authorization related to certain activities of nongovernmental organizations in Syria," the U.S. Treasury Department said in a notice on its website on Wednesday.
